Mind-Set is the collection of thoughts and beliefs. Your thoughts affect how you think, feel, and what you do. A strong mindset fosters success while weak push it away.
Hence to Achieve Success in Life your focus should be on building a strong Mind-set.
What strong mind-set is all about?
It’s our ability to deal with things, not reacting to situations, and avoiding going into fight or flight state (avoiding fear based “what will happen next” questioning).
Strong mind-set is about building “What can we do next in this situation” attitude.
It’s the ability to think clearly finding solutions to problems rather than giving up or going into negative attitude of “I can’t, I am not made for it, I may not be able to”.
Follow These 5 Strategies To build a Strong Mind-Set:
1. Change Your Vision: Having the right visions of your future self is the biggest parameter of your Mental Toughness. Your visions drive actions & things into reality so those have to be aligned to positive and an improved better self.
Generally, on autopilot, your visions would be blurry pulling you down telling that you are not good enough. You want to replace those with “I see a great me ahead & I want to be great”.
Get Specific on your Visions: I want to be this Good at Communication, this Good in Business, this Good as a Person. This is how I see myself executing in this world.
You should be able to define ‘how good”. Means, you meet people and connect with them in 2 to 5 mins of conversation. You should have those visually appealing mental images of you doing that thing and that should be your driving or motivating factor.
Action: Create Visions for different areas of life and Define “How good is good enough?”.
It’s not a one-time activity: Keep improving your visions and keep seeing yourself in action of your new self.
2. Master Acting in Fears — Change comes within when you act against the odds & tough times. Every one of us faces this time when we don’t know:
“How…”
“How to do it…”
“How to do it right…”
When you have doubts: “Will I succeed or fail?” And you still decides to show up for the things, you start growing, your mindset starts growing, your capability starts expanding.
Remember: Most of the people don’t act out of their fears & never grow. They stay in their safe nutshell. You fly when you try.
You grow only when you face things and you act in life. No matter if you are scared.
3. Stretch Comfort Zones: Your mind expands when you are pushing your limits: pushing your physical strengths, mental capabilities, emotional levels and spiritual limits.

Find challenging things. Put yourself out. Try out new things in life.
4. Building Concentration:- Ability to “Penetrate the work at hand” is among the most valued skill set required to achieve great things in life and is the foremost trait of strong mindset people.
Being concentrated you go into the flow states of mind & become most creative. Also your ability to get things done fast and finding solutions to tough problems increases.
You build concentration muscles when you consistently do your work with focus avoiding all kinds of distractions. At times you will feel like you are losing concentration after a certain period of time, push yourself for a little for time to stay focused on work and you will be improving your concentration day by day with the same technique.
5. Challenge Your Beliefs:- Let me tell you a secret “Your beliefs are not truly yours”. You have developed them from your surroundings. Generally, parents, friends, media, movies, and people within your environment.
So you are carrying a lot of beliefs about money, relationships, health, living, and success that are limiting your success and progress.
As life will go on, you will be creating beliefs from your own experiences and also will be getting new beliefs from others also.
The only way out is Questioning: “Is this true or there can be a different reality.”
Until & unless you are willing to challenging the validity of your every belief you will not be liberating yourself towards true success and open-mindedness.
General Belief-set:
1. It’s tough to make money.
2. You need family business to be in business.
3. I need to work hard to earn money.
4. I am not smart enough.
5. I are not lucky.
If you said yes to any one of these above points then these limiting beliefs are dictating your reality.
For Ex: If you feel it’s tough to make money, means you are not making enough money. You not making enough money is your reality and your belief it’s tough to make it is dictating that reality.
If you don’t change this belief, your reality will be stuck there also.
Go and Ask Elon Musk or Richard Branson: Is it tough to make money? Answer will be: “no”. If the answer of same question comes different from two people means it’s not a fact it’s just different beliefs of different people coming from their life experiences.
